OK, so I am very behind and catching up the blog...I'll try to catch up....We had a great party for Peyton on the weekend of July 4th, and we even had unseasonably moderate temperatures which made an outside (garage) party much more bearable!
Peyton was down for a nap when everyone arrived, and when I brought him outside and he saw everyone, he was a little overwhelmed and started crying. But he cheered right up and seemed to really enjoy himself.
Following in his brother's footsteps, he didn't dive right into the cake and make a huge mess. Instead, he kind of poked at it and wasn't too impressed.
We still can't believe our little miracle baby is a thriving, into-everything one-year old! We can't imagine our lives without him!
